Incredibly knowledgable and entertaining, with quick thinking and flexibility to adapt to a family with mixed needs. I suspect our guide custom-adjusted the tour on the spot, although I couldn’t tell what we would have done differently as it was perfect. Both the kids and the adults are still talking about the experience days later.
