Are all your packages and experiences private?

Yes – this is the best way for our expert tour curators to show you around the many wonders of Britain on our premium experiences, and makes each one feel like a close friend is welcoming you personally!

Can I customise my experience?

Of course! At Bespoke Britain, we believe the guest is the most important aspect of any tour, and we pride ourselves in making sure each experience fits just right. All our packages allow a degree of flexibility and customisation, and we will be in touch with you after booking to ensure your tour is perfectly prepared.

Should you wish to go off script completely, we would be delighted to create something bespoke and unique for you.

I would prefer not to walk – what options are available?

Almost all our packages have the ability to select a premium privately chauffeured vehicle to fit your group size as an extra when booking online. For a small amount of packages, this option may not appear – simply get in touch with us to discuss options, and we would be happy to assist. Some of our packages include a premium privately chauffeured vehicle by default.

What’s included?

You can see exactly what’s included in your perfectly prepared package on the relevant booking page, but all our tours include a private expert guide, and don’t include Central London public transport or gratuities. Unless specified, food and drink is not included.

Are your tours suitable for children?

All our tours run well with children, and many of our guides have extensive experience with younger guests! We’ve also highlighted a selection of tours that are particularly popular with children, which you can find here.

Are your tours only in English?

We can arrange tours in most languages by request, although in some circumstances this may cost extra. Please do get in touch with us, and we would be happy to advise.

I have a large group – can I still book online?

We have currently set group size limits on some of our perfectly prepared package to ensure compliance with national and local COVID-19 restrictions. If you cannot select the correct group size online, simply get in touch with us to discuss options, and we would be happy to assist and advise.

What else have you done to keep guests and guides safe during the pandemic?

As well as group size limits on tours for the near future, Bespoke Britain is also an accredited Good To Go organisation, which is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

While many of our tours take place outside, we do advise bringing masks with you to comply with UK Government guidelines in case your experience involves an interior visit or you wish to step inside somewhere.

We have also altered our booking policies temporarily to, meaning you only need to put down a 40% deposit when booking a tour with us, and can enjoy a full refund or free rebooking up until 30 days before your experience.
