Our COVID-19 Policies

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how we operate. This is a quick explanation of how we keep our guests and our guides safe, and our updated terms of business that allow you to book with confidence and flexibility.

How we’re keeping you safe

Bespoke Britain is the proud holder of the Good To Go accreditation, the official UK industry mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

While the pandemic is ongoing, we have limited the group sizes you are able to book directly through our website. We may still able to accommodate larger groups in some circumstances, but we require you to contact us directly so that we can assess each itinerary individually. All Bespoke Britain tours and experiences will be held only in keeping with national and local COVID-19 restrictions.

We ask guests not to attend a tour or experience if they have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms: a high temperature, a new and continuous cough, or a loss in taste or smell.

While many of our tours take place outside, and masks are therefore not required of guests in those situations, we do advise bringing masks with you to comply with UK Government regulations in case your experience involves an interior visit or you wish to step inside somewhere. If you have any questions about the latest regulations, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we would be happy to advise.

How we’re helping you book with confidence

In light of the rapidly changing circumstances the global coronavirus pandemic has presented us with, we understand your plans may need to be flexible. We now only require a 40% deposit when booking your tour, with the remainder payable 30 days before your tour.

We also offer the ability to postpone your tour to a date more suitable to you up to two years in the future should your plans have to change due to COVID-19, or if we are no longer able to hold your tour due to a change in government regulation. Alternatively, if you need to cancel, we also offer full refunds (deducting the cost of any attraction tickets already booked on your behalf) up to 30 days before your tour is scheduled to take place.

We hope this helps you to book an experience with us with confidence. If you want to make someone’s 2020 a little brighter but don’t know when they will be able to travel, we also offer gift cards that are valid two years from purchase.
